To serve parents whose children have been placed in foster care, and who are struggling to navigate an overwhelming system while developing the skills, resources and connections they will need to safely and permanently parent their children. Parents will be engaged in planning for their children’s return and ultimately be able to reunify with their children in a safe, nurturing environment, or if their return is not possible.
