The renovation is to create a structure that aligns with best practice in trauma-informed residential childcare. The Youth Employability Programme is to increase the employability of young people in care through a supportive approach that teaches practical skills relevant to future employment.

Ingrid Pierce is Walkers’ Global Managing Partner and heads the Cayman Investment Funds Group.
